7.0: Eventing: scope & collection names are not defaulting to _default

In the Add Function dialog when choosing bucket alias for the binding type, the ScopeName and CollectionName values default to _default.

This is not the case for any bindings added by clicking the + button.
For these bindings, when choosing bucket alias for the binding type, the ScopeName and CollectionName values do not default to _default, even if I choose a different BucketName.

We should also rename some of these labels to add spaces:
BucketName --> Bucket Name
ScopeName --> Scope Name
CollectionName --> Collection Name
