    Description

      I need to make some changes to Folly for build issues in our environment.

      Could you please create a branch in couchbasedeps/folly off the currently used tag:

      v2020.08.24.00

      Suggest the branch is named something like v2020.08.24.00-couchbase

      I'll then need to merge at the two changes here into it: https://github.com/daverigby/folly/tree/v2020.08.24.00-cb
