Drop Index Fails

Not sure how best to get you info you can use...

I created a Docker container using the email from Raju on my Win 10 laptop. 

docker pull build-docker.couchbase.com/couchbase/server-internal:7.0.0-3445

Loaded bunch of data via cbimport to bucket, scopes, and collections.

Created an index via UI. Misnamed it. Clicked button to drop it. Got an error. Bottom left of the attached screenshot. Created another index. Named it correctly, Clicked button to drop it. Got same error. 

GSI Index ndx_callsignt not found. 

Again... not sure how best to help. If you need logs or something, then let me know. I can screen share, maybe I'm doing something dumb.
