Put per-bucket node status pie charts back and remove the large one in the header

There was misunderstanding about what these pie charts value was and they were consolidated into a single pie chart in the header. After further discussion it was decided (by Frank) to move them back into the bucket list rows next to each bucket.

If there's spacing trouble getting these back in under header, please let me know and I can work with a WIP commit or a further design draft to get things to fit.
