Add a 'cloud_type' field to the '.backup' file in the staging directory

What's the issue?
We go out of our way during staging directory population to try to ensure that users aren't sharing a staging directory. Now that we're planning to add Azure support we should include a check which will ensure that a user isn't trying to use a staging directory across cloud providers.
