    Description

      Version : 7.0.0-3507
      Steps to reproduce :
      1. Login to server UI
      2. Go to Documents UI page.
      3. Search by document Id by giving random doc id which does not exist
      4. Click on Retrieve docs

      *Result : *
      1. Retrieve docs button goes to infinite loop

      expected :
      Need to refresh to search again
