Audit using Google Lighthouse - Performance

While testing 7.0 beta 3445, I ran Google's Lighthouse audit that found a few performance issues:

• use of HTTP/1 instead of HTTP/2
• opportunity to defer render-blocking JS/CSS 
• unused JS
