auto compaction does not stop when run time exceeds allowed time period

Set database fragmentation to 50%, 30%
Set time period to run compaction to 1 minute (ex: 12:30 to 12:31)
Set abort compaction if run time exceeds the above period
Load keys to bucket.
Update keys with smaller size. Waiting until setting time start. Compaction starts 50 seconds after setting time.
Compaction still runs after 1 minutes until it completes all 16 vbuckets.
