XDCR Migration mode should allow replicating from default collection without a filter

    Description

      Currently Migration mode can only be used with a filter. This covers some scenarios, but there is also the consolidation scenario where you don't need a filter.

      Note there is a workaround of using explicit mapping. But when I am migrating, migration mode should handle both my use cases.
