Remove "cached" and "buffered" from RAM usage

    Description

      For Linux, we currently only look at total used/free memory when calculating RAM in use. However, this can be very misleading since Linux will show near-0 free RAM when caching/buffering network and disk IO.

      It would be much better to subtract these values from the 'used' portion so that our overall RAM monitoring can be more useful.
