[BP MB-32479] - Support binary docs for bucket ops

    Description

      Right now, we're just doing JSON.stringify() on bucket get/set and throw an exception if the parse fails.

      We need to treat binary docs separately and expose them as v8::ArrayBuffer instances in JavaScript.
