n1ql txn fails with "savepoint is not defined" error some times

on build 7.0.0-4122.

I see that in few test case, Rollback to savepoint fails with "savepoint is not defined" error randomly. Though the savepoint is present and there are no failures in the execution of savepoint query.

I took the queries and ran it on cbq, I dont get this issue. I am not sure if its timing issue. but I see 4 or 5 test case always fail with this failure.

Could you please take a look on this test case as well.

tests are configured in 172.23.97.79. I have used two of my VMs to run the test.
