cbexport should include a "WHERE clause" filtering condition for filtering the documents to export.

cbexport can export an entire collection but currently it doesn't accept a filtering condition. The export tool should include a "WHERE clause" filtering condition for filtering the documents to export. 

With this feature, the customer can filter historic records by dates or other attributes.
