    Description

      pools/default/bucketsStreaming no longer updates on collections manifest advancement. This worked at c2ee65932e1c552a76553e7f8e16f5f34b54ce6e, but has regressed after this, and still is failing as of now (16cc56615cea0fb6067d2d866414d5de6d3af432).

      This is breaking key use cases for Analytics, marking as Critical.

      Repro:
      1. create any bucket
      2. open /pools/default/bucketsStreaming on said bucket
      3. add a collection on said bucket
      4. observe no update on streaming endpoint, despite advancement of collectionsManifestUid
