    Description

      Please rename the UI labels for index rebalance settings:

       

      Old text -> New Text

      1. "Optimize Index Placement On Rebalance" -> "Indexer Rebalance Settings"

      2. "Enable Redistribute Indexes" -> "Optimize Index Placement On Rebalance"

      Only the UI labels need to change.
