[CX] remote shadows should be truncated on permission revocation

    Description

      On permission revocation, the DCP producer closes our connection.  Analytics should treat a lack (while connecting) or loss (while connected) of permission the same as a bucket/scope/collection drop, and truncate the dataset, leaving it dangling.
