Few packages still built with older version of openssl

Openssl currently supported with server:

[root@node1-cb700-beta-centos7 bin]# /opt/couchbase/bin/openssl version
OpenSSL 1.1.1k 25 Mar 2021

Build - Enterprise Edition 7.0.0 build 4484 ‧ IPv4 © 2021 Couchbase, Inc.

Checked with Blair, few of the libraries are still build with 11h in server

But these are referenced to 11k during runtime.

Should these be also be rebuilt with latest openssl 11k.
