Error message should be correct for non existing function deletion

Executed CLI command to delete function which is not exist.

couchbase-cli eventing-function-setup -c 172.23.97.111:8091 -u Administrator -p password --delete --name Function1

And error observed as:

ERROR: Function not deployed

It should show error as function not exist.
