FTS - Indexing performance regressions in CC

We need to performance benchmark various rebalance operations between 6.6.X and 7.0 releases.

-It should be done on at least a 20M or a higher data set.

-Partition count of 6 is enough without replicas.

-Will start with a single index test and later scale the number of indexes.

-We can have a cluster of 2 FTS nodes.

Let's cover the following rebalance operations.

1. Node-In rebalance. (Add a node to a single node cluster).
2. Node-Out rebalance.
3. Swap rebalance.

We can sync over the results after these runs.
