    Description

      We are currently waiting on http://review.couchbase.org/c/tlm/+/153175 to go through it's proper cycles of dev testing and therefore are downgraded the erlang version to 22.3.4.15 and cherry-picking the custom fixes we have on top of 22.3.4.15, so that MB-45793 makes it to the upcoming RC.
