    Description

      Reorganise the cluster-run documentation:

      Currently the documentation for the cluster-run is right at the top which might not mean a lot to someone who doesn't have the ability to build Couchbase from source.

      Can move the vagrant setup documentation up and the cluster-run documentation down.

      The cluster-run documentation can also be paragraphed a bit more.

      Reorganise the package documentation

      Separate the starting of the virtual machines from how a copy of a package is obtained.

      Describe what types of packages are supported.
