[CX] update analytics dialogs to validate before closing

On failure to create link, instead of returning to the create link dialog such that you may make fixes, you are kicked back to the main analytics workbench. The XDCR add remote cluster experience is much more intuitive, where a validation failure avoids popups and leaves you in-place to make any adjustments, or cancel if you've changed your mind.
