Azure: Update the Azure instance types in the Azure marketplace - recommended and allowed sizes.

Currently these are the recommended and allowed sizes on Azure. some of them are older generation and also RAM/CPU is below the recommended size. for instance -  "Standard_DS1_v2", is 1 vCPU/3.5 GiB RAM size.
