Analytics Workbench tab is not displayed while accessing webUI with user having Analytics Admin privilege

    Description

      Steps to reproduce -
      1. Create a user with only Analytics Admin privilege.
      2. Login into webUI using the above created user.
      3. Analytics workbench tab is not displayed.
      4. Although workbench can be accessed by appending webUI URI with cbas workbench page URI

      http://<ip>:8091/ui/index.html#/cbas/workbench

      On 6.6.2 build 9588, this issue is not observed. There analytics workbench tab is visible on the webUI.
