[CX] cbcollect_infos from analytics nodes missing analytics stats

    Description

      Observed in logs for MB-46737, Analytics stats seem to be missing from the cbcollect_infos. Standing up a promtimer server on these logs shows no cbas stats in either the Grafana dashboards nor accessing prometheus directly.
