view returns no items even though epengine ep_queue_size is 0

    Description

      ran a test with 10 items
      wait until ep_queue_size is 0 and then run a view
      view returns 0 rows
      if test sleeps for 5 seconds and tries again we do get all 10 docs back

      does couchdb expose another stat that the test can use to decide whether all items are actually persisted or not ?
