    Description

      In Neo we're introducing a system event log to record events that happen across the cluster, see the parent MB, https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-46215 for more details. 

      For FTS we need to capture the following events. 

      Search Service Event Additional Details Needed
      FTS Crash Name of process that crashed
      PID of crashed process
      FTS Index Created UUID of the FTS Index
      FTS Index Dropped UUID of the FTS Index
      FTS Settings Change Previous Setting and New Setting
