      In Neo we're introducing a system event log to record events that happen across the cluster, see the parent MB, https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-46215 for more details. 

      For CBAS we need to capture the following events.

      CBAS Process Crash Name of process that crashed
      PID of crashed process
      Dataset Created UUID of Dataset
      Dataset Deleted UUID of Dataset
      Dataverse Created UUID of Dataverse
      Dataverse Deleted UUID of Dataverse
      CBAS Index Created UUID of Index
      CBAS Index Dropped UUID of Index
      CBAS Link Created UUID of Link
      Target of Link
      CBAS Link Deleted UUID of Link
      Target of Link
      Analytics Settings Change Previous Setting and New Setting
