    Description

      Further to MB-37941

      • Simplify the CompactDB API by removing the timestamp field (Believe it's the local ns_server janitor that triggers the compaction so we shouldn't need to worry about cross-version compatibility).
      • Remove the purge seqno from the API. The purge seqno is used to stop views from falling behind KV when using couchstore. However it is not used for Magma. Therefore we should remove from both to be consistent.
