Description
With the introduction of Prometheus in 7.0.0 KV added many stats - see MB-37318
After an investigation it was identified that we are unable to maintain the stats for an extended period due to the amount of disk space required.
Therefore we want to remove those stats that are considered excess and not really required.
Also we can look at moving some of low-cardinality (low in number, gathered frequently) stats to high-cardinality (high in number, gathered less frequently).
