Incorrect rebalance progress status for all nodes, when refreshing the "Server nodes" tab

    Description

      See the screenshots attached for the rebalance UI bug.

      1) Rebalance in 2 nodes
      2) Refresh the server nodes tab (ctrl + r). Does not go away till I click on "Server nodes" tab.
      3) I see invalid rebalance progress state.
      4) Click on server nodes tab (see the correct rebalance progress state)
