[Regression] Basic bucket stats are incorrect

    Description

      Stats like RAM used per bucket, items count, ops/sec on a bucket are all shown to be zero.  It appears that these stats at endpoint pools/default/buckets/bucket_name are wrong. 

      Easy to reproduce:
      1. Spin up 5 kv nodes on the above mentioned build
      2. Create a magma bucket with 3 replicas and with full_eviction ejection policy. Load some items. Observe the above mentioned stats to be at 0 even after loading items.  Drop this magma bucket.
      3. Load travel-sample bucket now and observe how the above mentioned stats are 0 even though documents are shown on the documents page
