    Description

      Historically go-couchbase bucket REST calls have been done with a read lock acquired and without any timeouts.
      This has been partly fixed with MB-33170, however it should be extended to the https protocol, and in particular we should move away from locks and onto waitGroups to make sure that buckets don't disappear during ns_server REST calls.
