Explicitly state that setting a TTL will invalidate the data from the entire system...not just from the cache

    Description

      More than one customer has thought that the TTL on an item is used for removing it from the RAM layer...and that it would still remain on disk. I think this mostly comes from the non-memcached community, but I think it's worth calling this out more specifically wherever we mention using a TTL and expiration.
