[ARM] cbq-engine not working in aarch64

      7.1.0-1120

      Deploy an ARM amazon linux 2 instance on AWS
      Install the amazon2 aarch64 rpm package for couchbase
      Init the cluster with all services
      Try to invoke cbq-engine

      [root@ip-172-31-52-106 bin]# ./cbq-engine -h
      ./cbq-engine: error while loading shared libraries: libjseval.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

      Works fine in x86_64
