CBSE: Investigate the possibility of NumReplica2 counter having different Base values for same defnID in index metadata

    Description

      In isolated cases, it has been observed that the "NumReplica2" counter has different "Base" values for the replica indexes i.e. for indexes with same definition ID. Ideally, this difference is not expected.

      This ticket is to investigate the possible root-cause for such a behaviour and provide suitable fix accordingly.
