[ARM][UI][CE]Rebalance is failing with badmatch error

    Description

      Tested on CE 7.1.0-1123

      Deploy an ARM amazon linux 2 instance on AWS
      Install the amazon2 aarch64 rpm package for CE couchbase server

      Added another node with Data, Index and Query Services.

      Rebalance is failing with Badmatch error.
