goxdcr chews 200% CPU immediately after install

    Description

      Installed 7.1.0-1148 on centos7 and debian9. Immediately after the package was installed, the "goxdcr" process shows up in "top" taking 200% CPU, and remains doing so after the setup wizard is completed.
