Query crash observed when switching from ipv6only to ipv6

7.0.2-6516

Steps:

Install 7.0.2-6516 on an ipv6 machine with "ipv6only" option
Confirm that it was installed with ipv6only

[root@s10503-ip6 bin]# ./couchbase-cli ip-family -c localhost -u Administrator -p password --get
Cluster using ipv6only

Change it to ipv6 using cli

[root@s10503-ip6 bin]# ./couchbase-cli ip-family -c localhost -u Administrator -p password --set --ipv6
Switched IP family for node: http://[::1]:8091
SUCCESS: Switched IP family of the cluster
