    Description

      PlasmaId is not unique across Shards. In StatsLogger.Run(), this will affect enabling  logging stats for plasma instances

            Wayne Siu Please approve this fix for 7.0.2. This is a stats issue and the fix prevents an error that wrongly indexes stats of plasma instances. The fix is straightforward.
