    Description

      The second part of the deliverable for XDCR to behave well on topology change is to handle the failover case. This MB will encompass the few other task MBs which provides the functionality for VB failover support.

      Using what has already been built based on MB-47923, XDCR will implement a push model to try to push local metadata to its replica nodes.

      Given that scalability will be something to watch out for, XDCR will try to compress, batch, and then push to another replica node.

      The one knob provided is documented as part of MB-48163
