    Description

      What's the issue?
      When using backup to S3, the service also stores its history data in S3; we'll need an implementation for GCP.

      This client needs to handle:

      • Adding to ask history
      • Getting task history
      • Deleting task history
      • Downloading generic files
      • Creating a node file
      • Deleting a node file
      • Checking whether files exist
