[CX] BucketManifestMonitor ignoring bucket does not exist exception

    Description

      When a KV bucket was dropped right after a connect link statement was executed, the link wasn't disconnected and the BucketManifestMonitor kept retrying to connect with the failure bucket doesn't exist:
