[CBBS] CMakeLists.txt is using undefined variable '_version_hash'

    Description

      What's the issue?
      It looks like some code to set the build number/hash was copied from the 'backup' repository, however, the steps to define the '_version_hash' variable were missed.

      What's the fix?
      Copy over the code to set the version hash (might be nice to extract into the TLM to avoid duplication).
