Description
As part of onboarding, I tried installing Couchbase Server Community Edition 7.0.1-6102 on my Windows 10 work laptop. I downloaded the 64-bit MSI installer from the Couchbase website (https://www.couchbase.com/downloads) and ran it. It failed and rolled back, seemingly at the step where it is installing Python 3. I collected a log using msiexec and have linked it in this ticket (its a Google Drive link, from my Couchbase Drive). The problem is very easily reproducible - every time the installer is ran, it fails at the same point.
