After rollback to zero magma appears to return collection stats from pre-rollback

A test fails with NexusKVStore when run against ep_testsuite_dcp. After rolling back to zero magma appears to be returning collections stats with numbers that should only have been valid before the rollback. Suspect a magma bug here, but would like to get repro this in a single threaded unit tests before handing over.
