      Description

      Add command line option to cbq to provide terse output by turning off signature and metrics sections.

            To verify, invoke cbq with the "-terse" command line switch and run a query.  It can also be toggled with \set terse true|false;.  For minimal output, combine terse mode with "-metrics" set to false, e.g.

             

            $ cbq -u user -p pwd -vim -q -terse -pretty=false 
            cbq> \set -metrics false ; 
            cbq> select * from `travel-sample` where type = "airline" limit 1;
            {"travel-sample":{"callsign":"MILE-AIR","country":"UnitedStates","iata":"Q5","icao":"MLA","id":10,"name":"40-Mile Air","type":"airline"}}
