MagmaKVStore does not check snapshot validity

    Description

      The function processVbstateSnapshot in CouchKVStore has no counterpart in MagmaKVStore that detects corrupt snapshot constraints. Whilst the bug that originally caused invalid snapshots has been fixed, the extra error checking could easily be made common to both KVStores and protects us against similar bugs in the future.
