Provide ability to manage Tabular views in Analytics Service

    Description

      Analytics Service is enabling Tabular views as part of developing a native Tableau connector in release 7.1 (Neo)

      As an analytics user, we would like to manage (display, create, edit and drop) the tabular views from the Analytics workbench so that users can easily view and manage these objects.

      If create and editing of these views are cumbersome in the UI, we can provide the ability to just View and Drop them for 7.1, if that helps to keep the scope lighter.
