    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE
      Create rbac user john having following roles.

      Manage Scope Functions [src_bucket:*] , Data Writer [src_bucket:*:*] , Data Writer [metadata:*:*] , Data Reader [src_bucket:*:*] , Data Reader [metadata:*:*] , Data DCP Reader [src_bucket:*:*]

      Login as user john.
      Import and deploy following handler.
      https://issues.couchbase.com/secure/attachment/165746/source_bucket_mutation.json
      Load 1000 docs into src_bucket.
      Mutations are failing with LCB_ERR_AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE (206).
